Sarah qualified as a Family Solicitor in October 2012 and joined the Children and Family Law Department at ITN Solicitors in February 2015. Before joining ITN Solicitors, Sarah specialized in Child Abduction and International Children Law at a city practice.
Sarah advises upon all aspects of family law. She has considerable experience in representing parents in care proceedings where there are complex issues of substance misuse, domestic violence, radicalisation and jurisdictional issues.
Sarah also has experience in representing parties in private children law matters concerning parental responsibility, living and contact arrangements. Sarah is a Solicitor Advocate and endeavours to undertake her own advocacy when it is in the interest of the client.
Sarah also advises clients in relation to domestic violence, non-molestation and occupation Orders and has worked closely with refuges in raising awareness of protective orders that can be obtained.
Sarah is also able to advise on divorce and financial matters arising from the breakdown of a marriage and civil partnership and has experience in dealing with the division and settlement of assets abroad and in the UK.
Sarah is a Member of Resolution and is committed to resolving family disputes in an amicable and constructive manner.
