Liliya Kharytonova

Liliya is a Paralegal in the firm’s Immigration Department.

Qualifying as a lawyer in Spain, Lilya was admitted to the Barcelona Bar Association in 2010. Whilst in Spain, she practised predominantly in corporate law and was involved in many international transactions with US companies. She has also worked in Hamburg, Germany.

Since moving to the UK, Liliya has specialised in immigration law.

She has experience in a wide range of immigration cases including applications based on human rights, all kinds of European applications, applications for settlement and naturalization, points-based system applications, appeals, Judicial reviews and family based applications. Her knowledge of the Spanish immigration system and of European law more generally means that she is particularly  well placed to advise those seeking to relocate from Spain to the UK or from the UK to Spain.

Liliya is fluent in English, Russian, Spanish and Ukrainian. She also speaks Catalan and French to an intermediate level and basic German.
