Anti Social Behaviour
Anti social behaviour is acting in a way that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
Anti-social behaviour can include: harassment (including racial harassment), verbal abuse, noise, dumping rubbish, vandalism, property damage and graffiti.
Our housing law department may be able to help you depending on the type of behaviour that you are complaining about and the result that you require.
If you are a victim of anti social behaviour, you do not have to suffer in silence.
Our housing law department may be able to assist you in bringing about an end to the anti-social behaviour by applying to the court for an order to stop the offender from continuing with the anti social behaviour.
Alternatively, our housing law department may assist you in getting re-housed or by getting the people responsible for the anti social behaviour to be moved elsewhere.
